There is a primitive, dirt, switch-back road that traverses the property to near the top of Tucumcari Mountain to a relatively flat bench on which the towers are located.
This road is maintained by the county in order to have access to their tower. The owner of the property has also made a new road that can be used for hiking and ATV travel.
The perimeter of the property is fenced with four strands of barbed wire with steel post and can be watered by a domestic well on the property which according to the owner is approximately 230 deep which is thought to produce approximately 8GPM and is equipped with a solar-powered submersible electric motor and pump with a livestock water drinker in place.
