Its generally 4-8-foot-wide and has 2-3-foot-high banks. Little Crooked Creek flows south to northeast along the bottomland, then wraps around the thick cover on the north border. Having this creek cutting thru the cover provides a secluded water source for all the wildlife. This a unique feature not found on many properties and one that hunters will appreciate!
There is an old house on the property that is in total disrepair and not salvageable. It does add to the long history of this family farm and reminds us that all land has historical significance.
