This half-section irrigated farm has excellent topography and strong soils consisting of mostly Pullman A type. There are two Reinke center-pivot, sprinklers irrigation systems (1993 & 1995) each nozzled for 500 gpm and equipped with 38 tires and long drops on 60 spacing. There are five irrigation wells with submersible electric motors and pumps which produce approximately 1000 gpm at the start of the season and decrease to approximately 800 gpm by the end of the summer.

This is an excellent farm the owner would be willing to continue to farm on a cash-lease basis.
