If I could choose a precious gem to describe this property, it would certainly be a pearl. This gem is one that is found by accident and once found has great value. Traveling down a peaceful road toward this horse farm, one might never expect to find this jewel. I know I didnt.

Wingate is suburbia heaven but so close to major highways to access work or enjoy a big city night out that it remains a respite after a long day in the trenches. It is everything rural thinking nature lovers yearn for and most folks seeking this type of solace realize there will be old farms and buildings along the way. That is normal for the outer lying areas.
The home has no carpet, but rather is all tile and laminate wood. No more worries about cowboy boots ruining the floors. A simple mop will handle that. So many new upgrades including brand new gas heat system, well pump, hot water tank, remodeled kitchen, and roof.
