WILDLIFE
The area is well known for quail, white-tailed deer, and predator hunting. Some minor improvements could be done to boost the hunting. The North Canadian River is roughly 2 miles from the property.

A water well approximately 200 deep is located near the CR and is currently operated by a generator for livestock.
